Payment Plans Available
We are happy to work with you on a payment plan. An initial deposit is due at the time of booking and you have the option to pay in full or to set up a monthly payment plan. We are very flexible! We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
Hours of Rental
Friday setup/rehearsal: 3 PM – 8 PM.
Day of Event: 9 AM to 12 Midnight for a total of 15 hours. Please note that 12 midnight is the time that all items should be removed, and all guests departed unless permission is granted prior.
Two types of deposits are required to host a social event at Reverie:
•A $500 is required to book the venue, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance on the venue rental fee(s) is due no later than 10 days before the event.
•A $250 refundable damage deposit is due no later than the guaranteed date listed in your contract. If no damages are found, your damage deposit will be refunded within three days after your event.
At least one uniformed security guard or off-duty policeman must be present at events which alcohol is served to ensure the safety of your guests. Please note that all independent security must be fully licensed, insured and approved by Reverie.
Wedding Liability Insurance
Reverie requires you to purchase this protection in the event of injuries, property damage, or alcohol-related accidents. Most policies cost around $100.
Liquor liability insurance and TABC-accredited bartenders (copy needs to be provided to Reverie) are required for any liquor service during the Event and at the responsibility of the Licensee. No alcohol is permitted to be self-served at guest tables or anywhere on property where an approved TABC bartender is not serving the alcohol. All who consume alcohol must be prepared to show a government-issued identification card.
Smoking is permitted in approved areas only. Smoking indoors or outside of a designated smoking area will result in jeopardizing the return of any security deposit collected. Designated smoking areas are set up with receptacles for butts.
Tables, Chairs, Pews
Rental Agreement includes up to 150 chairs, 21 eight-foot rectangular tables and 12 pews for the ceremony. Pews will not be brought out in inclement weather.
We are very flexible regarding decorations, sparklers, BBQs, confetti, and fire pits. Please talk to us about what you want, and we will try to accommodate and revise the contract.
